Size guide
Perfect Fit Guarantee (exchange policy)
Our Perfect Fit Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for the same product and style but in a different size
- To initiate a return, please contact us FIRST at info@birdiescollective.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Our guarantee only applies to one (1) product per customer that is ordered online at birdiescollective.com.au for each of the following items:
- Sports socks (short)
- Sports socks (long)
- Underwear (trunks)
- Underwear (boxer briefs)
- T-shirt (short sleeve)
- Additional items that are tried on, worn, washed or have their tags removed are not covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee. Where you have ordered multiple of the same item, we recommend you try only one on before removing any other items from their packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our guarantee only applies to the sizing fit of the product and does not cover the height, length, width or colour of your new Birdies Collective underwear, socks or shirts.
- If you are claiming an exchange on either underwear or socks, you are not required to return the one (1) product you are claiming. For the exchange of shirts or multiples of underwear or socks, it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your cost. We recommend using a trackable mail service to ensure the returns arrive to us without any issues.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded. Once an exchange has been processed, Birdies Collective will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged items to your original address. If your address has substantially changed such that additional shipping costs are incurred, you are responsible for these.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept exchanges for any opened underwear and socks.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
