Birdies Collective is a forward-thinking and sustainable Australian brand that designs and delivers conscious, comfortable and convenient men’s essential wear.

We offer traditional online shopping and a subscription-based membership. Customers can order standalone essentials online or subscribe to our Birdies Collective membership and have fresh essentials delivered at their desired frequency.

The mission at Birdies Collective is to design and deliver conscious, comfortable and convenient men’s essential wear that are versatile, high rotation staples, which can be worn for all occasions.

Why Bamboo?

Not only is bamboo extremely soft and comfortable, but it also has many unique features, unlike traditional fabrics:

- Insulating and thermo-regulating- suitable for summer and winter

What is our packaging made out of?

Our mailer bags are made from 100% plant-based material, which is fully compostable and biodegrades within 10-12 months from manufacture. Our packaging is made from recycled materials and has FSC certification.

How do I care for my Birdies Collection products?

Birdies products are made primarily from bamboo and will maintain their unique qualities if washed in cold to warm water (up to 49 degrees Celsius) and with a gentle detergent.

It is not recommended that you put bamboo clothing through the dryer.

How does the Birdies Collective subscription membership work?

How our men’s subscription box works:

  1. Create the bundle pack of your choice or choose our pre-designed packs.
  2. Set the frequency for when you’d like your products delivered. Either three, four, six or twelve-monthly.
  3. Have your Birdies pieces delivered to your door. 

At the checkout, you will be prompted to create an account. Your account with us will allow you to modify or cancel your recurring subscription anytime.

We’ll notify you by email 3 days before your next order is due, so you have to pause, skip, modify or cancel your order as needed.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, absolutely. You can pause, skip, modify or cancel anytime.

Simply log into your account to self-manage your subscription settings.

How do I update my details (address, credit card, name, email, phone)?

Click the person icon at the top of the screen. From there, you can log in to the My Store page and update your details.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

Because our customers value speedy delivery, we pack and send our orders as quickly as possible. So, unfortunately, we’re unable to change or cancel an order once it has been processed.

We do, however, offer a perfect fit guarantee. So, you can exchange the same product and style in a different size within 30 days.

Is my credit card safe to use on the Birdies Collective website?

Yes, it’s very safe. We use secure third-party payment processors to capture all orders. We do not store any credit card data. We also have an encrypted HTTPS connection that adds to the security of our site.

Shipping

How do you know your order has been processed?

Our team will send you a confirmation email (typically within 24 hours) to inform you that your order has been processed.

Can you track your order?

Yes! As soon as your order is processed, a tracking number will be provided so you can track your order live.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping Australia-wide when you spend over $80.

Standard Post (2-5 business days) $10

Express Post (1-3 business days) $13

OR an extra $3 when your order is over $80.

Your package will take between 2-7 business depending on the demand at that time from the courier companies across Australia.

What will happen if I am not home to receive my order?

If you’ve given authority, it can be left at your doorstep or in a place you have requested.

If you have not given authority, you will receive a postal card and will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or pickup from your local post office.

If the package is not collected and it is returned to our warehouse, you will need to pay any re-delivery charges. 

Please be aware if you give authority to leave your package unattended at your property, neither Birdies Collective nor the courier company can be held responsible if the delivery goes missing.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this stage, the team at Birdies Collective are focused on providing Australia-wide deliveries only. However, please get in contact with us, and we can arrange a quote.
